Description

Pictophile is an app that maintains a large community set on sharing funny and entertaining photos for others' amusement.

There's even a built in builder so you can caption images and stitch multiple images together for a borderless multi-panel comic. You can even caption GIFs and stitch still images and GIFs together in any fashion all willy nilly like.
